What can I wash in your laundry?

In our laundry you can wash everyday clothes as well as larger textiles: duvets, throws, blankets, pillows, sportswear. Large drums and efficient programs handle big loads.

How much can I put in the washing machine?

Machines are 9 kg, 15 kg or 25 kg. After loading there should still be a hand of vertical space (10–12 cm) between laundry and the top of the drum.

Are detergents included?

Yes — all machines are equipped with professional Italian detergents dosed automatically. Nothing to bring.

What chemicals do you use?

Professional, hypoallergenic Italian premium-class detergents used in hotels. Fabric softener with hygienising properties at the end of the cycle.

What are the opening hours?

Daily 06:00–23:00, 7 days a week. Doors close automatically — exit possible via internal button.

How much does it cost?

From 28 PLN (9 kg with loyalty card) to 63 PLN for the 25 kg machine. Full price list on the website.

How long does the wash take?

From 35 (delicate / soft) to 57 minutes (full 90°C cycle). Drying — 37 min regardless of program.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Cash, payment cards, mobile payments (phone, watch).

Renzacci Self-Service Laundry in Białystok is a family business born from a passion for the highest quality and attention to every detail. Behind its creation stands a couple - founders who decided to bring Italian precision and standards to the Podlasie laundry market.

The inspiration for creating the laundry came from numerous travels, during which using self-service laundries was often a necessity - sometimes comfortable, sometimes problematic. These experiences, combined with the daily challenge of washing large items in home conditions, prompted the founders to act. Home washing machines don't always handle duvets, throws, or larger amounts of clothes - and home laundry often consumes the entire weekend.

Laundry usage rules

Before starting the wash, check pockets and remove all items.
Do not exceed the maximum machine load (information on the machine).
Choose the appropriate washing program for the fabric type and label information.
Do not leave laundry in the machine after the cycle ends.
Keep the laundry clean and throw trash in the bin.

Safety

The laundry is monitored 24/7 for customer safety.
Do not leave children unattended in the laundry.
In case of machine failure, call the emergency phone.
The dryer can be opened to check drying, you have 2 minutes for this.

Payment and complaint rules

Payment possible by cash, credit card or phone.
We do not refund money for started laundry.
We are not responsible for clothing damage due to inappropriate washing or drying program.
We are not responsible for items left in the laundry.
